We’ve worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies, have performed at the legendary Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Illinois, and have headlined Thru The Stones Outlander National Convention numerous times. We have an open run at The Bell Tower Theatre in Dubuque, IA, performing to consistently sold out audiences for over a decade; perform regularly at The Black Box Theatre in downtown Moline, IL; were featured performers at Green Bay Improv Festival, So ILL Comedy Festival, and headlined the Compass Improv Festival in St. Louis for back-to-back years.

G.I.T. Improv began in Rock Island, IL in 1997 and has since become a multi-award-winning comedy institution.
Formerly known as Guys In Ties and as ComedySportz Quad Cities, G.I.T. Improv continues to provide countless hours of interactive entertainment in the Quad Cities area as well as nationwide. We have headlined improv festivals, performed with world renown comedians in legendary venues, and help nurture the joy of improv with Improv Coaching and Workshops.

If you’re looking to elevate your high school, collegiate, amateur, or professional improv troupe, G.I.T. Improv is excited to work with you!
We work with colleges, amateur, and professional improv troupes to not only amplify their existing abilities, but also teach new skills, games, and improv forms. Our ensemble features accredited instructors who can elevate your improv or theatre troupes short form and long form skillsets.
For students, our facilitators bring decades of training experience to your students by teaching them skills which will not only benefit them on stage and in improv, but also valuable communication and confidence tools they will utilize in their daily lives.
